The indiviual should be able to preform the following duties:
Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
Installs equipment and appliances Follows local and state building codes.
Complies with all company safety regulations.
Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports Do apartment turns ( Paint, light eletric/plumbing work, make unit ready for Section 8 inspections) Plus if able to do flooring, but not required.
Monday- Friday 9-5, with overtime available.
Must be available on emergency calls and weekends.
Must have a car.
