General Office / Receptionist

We are looking for an individual(s) to perform general office duties in claim handling and collection/file department. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment is key
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail and ability to operate office equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, remain on feet while filing, sorting, organizing, delivering files and correspondence
Duties:
- Prepare, sort, scan, attach, collect and distribute internal, outgoing and incoming correspondence and files
- Data entry and clerical support to departmental personnel
- Other duties as assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
