Maintenance Representative
We are hiring for a Maintenance Representative.
Candidates must have:
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
A minimum of 1 year of general building maintenance and repair experience
As a Maintenance Representative, you will:
Complete minor work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, and light bulbs
Refurbish furniture and fixtures
Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the exterior of the facility
Candidates will make between $12.00 and $12.43 per hour. We will also give you a competitive benefits package which may include health care, dental, vision, disability and life insurance support, and a matching 401k plan.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
