Experienced Recruiter/ Client Account Coordinator
Job Description Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.
Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation.
Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies.
Assists with scheduling interviews with candidates, referring applicants to specific position openings, administering pre-employment forms and tests, checking references and processing changes with regard to employee status.
Evaluate candidates' resumes against position requirements.
Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.
Document information in system in a timely manner.
Supports group of current customers and potential new customers.
Sets up new account information, and resolves customer issues/problems; enters customer orders, and may track the status of the customer order and/or delivery.
Receives customer orders via phone; fax; or email.
May need to coordinate with multiple departments to resolve customer issues.
Typically supports an outside sales manager or rep.
Typically requires 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Requirements Must have 2 or more years experience in recruiting candidates along with customer service experience.
Prefer to have associates or bachelors degree.
Community involvement is a plus.
