Summary:
The Women and Children's Respiratory Teamleader is responsible for the day to day supervision of the Respiratory Care staff working in the Women and Children's patient care areas. Ensures Respiratory Care practice is within the guidelines of the Women and Children's approved practices, standards and protocols. Ensures educational needs are met for assigned staff. Must have achieved Proficient or Expert Competency level for all relevant skills (NICU, Pediatric, L&D and post partum patients). The position requires the ability to provide a high quality of care in order to meet the hospitals core mission. Education Requirements
2 year / Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Required)
4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Business Administration or Leadership (Preferred)

Experience Requirements
2 - 4 years NICU Level 3(Required)

Certifications and Licensures
Required Certifications/Licensures: Respiratory Practitioner License, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT),For NICU Respiratory Team, Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) within 1 year of completing their RRT.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
