Job SummaryPromotes the utilization of the Patient Portal to ensure achievement of organizational goals associated with Meaningful Use Patient Portal initiatives.
Engages and educates patients, civic organizations, and the public on the availability and benefits of the patient portal to facilitate improved access to the personal health record.
Provides application level monitoring and support for the Patient Portal to confirm data integrity, safeguard patient confidentiality, and promote dependable operation.
Performs system, process, and data analysis to make recommendations for software enhancements and process improvement.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe.

Education Requirements 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Health Care Related Discipline (Required) ;In lieu of an Associates Degree; a Minimum of 4 years additional relevant experience is acceptable.
Experience Requirements2 - 4 years Data and systems analysis or relevant experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a hospital setting, with responsibilities for systems support with data and process analysis.
(Required)1 -2 years Broad understanding of data analysis and computer system concepts including hardware, software, operating systems, and network communications.
(Required)1 -2 years Interpersonal and persuasive communication skills with public speaking experience preferred.
Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with patients with diverse computer abilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
