We are willing to train the right individual to build an agency within the next year. Most agency managers will make a residual (passive income $220 K ) This is not a 9-5 job. It takes a certain mindset and understanding what it takes to run a business! If you broke or broke minded you do not need to apply. You must be coach-able and trainable. We hire for character and train for skill.
Each week we mail thousands of letters to people who have just purchased a home or refinanced one in your area. Our letter states that our client may qualify for a non-medical mortgage protection product. In the event of their untimely death, we will pay off their mortgage or make mortgage payments, if they are disabled critically ill with cancer, heart attack or stroke. At the end of the term, if our clients are still alive, we can give them all of their money back with a return of premium. We also offer, final expense, coverage for our senior population and a savings plan through a Fixed Indexed Annuity with a guaranteed income for life.
Our clients simply fill out the questionnaire, giving personal information and then they mail it back to us.
We need a field underwriter who can take these letters and call our clients to set an appointment and go sit down with them in their homes for about 45 minutes to help them pick the best plan that fits their budget. We work for our clients representing about 28 A rated Carriers and have extensive flexibility with many options and benefits for their families.
Typical commission is about $500 per applicant you protect. Many times we will protect the entire household husband, wife and children. It is full commission, and our average full-time underwriter will sell 4-6 plans a week. I am looking for that someone who wants to develop an agency, and who desires that passive income for life.
