Job SummaryPerforms inspection, preventive maintenance and repairs on a broad variety of domestic, commercial, and specialized heating, ventilating, air handling, control equipment, domestic hot and cold water, chilled water, sewer, boiler, steam and related systems.
Provides expertise in mechanical, general electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic disciplines.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe.

Works in a well-lighted, air-conditioned area, with moderate noise levels.
May be exposed to high noise levels and bright lights.
