Project Program Manager

Responsibilities:
Preparation, creation, and dissemination of agendas and meeting materials including tracking meeting items, collating and disseminating meeting minutes, and collecting meeting "artifacts" for distribution through SharePoint sites
Update Program strategic plan, system cost, schedule, and performance status and impact statements
Provide user instruction on a quarterly basis to program personnel on the use of and updates to the SharePoint environment
Conduct typical Program Management duties for specific project, including prepare monthly status reports, prepare and coordinate project documentation, identify and implement best practices and continuous evaluation, and recommend strategies to improve communication and utilization of shared project environments
Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint including planning, tracking, documentation, and site administration
Strong working knowledge of standard office equipment and business software programs such as Microsoft Office, on-line shipping preparation and label printign, and web page design and maintenance software
Strong working knowledge of preparing and coordinating project oversight standard documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
