Responsibilities:
Position requires liaison with USMC Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) PMO to support quality issues. Candidate will perform independent audits of deliverables and oversee development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) Will conduct QA and safety audits along with associated training. Will maintain all QA procedures and implement process improvement. Will direct all QA efforts with the technical staff and prepare QA reports and deliverables. Will implement lessons learned and provide recommendations to the CSP PMO on task activities, costs and labor hours.. Must have demonstrated ability to identify problems, determine scope and be able to notify appropriate personnel of non-conformance issues. Must be proficient with Lean Six Sigma problem solving tools and utilize them to drive improvement projects and correct actions leading to continuous improvements. Experience working in an ISO environment is essential.
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 5 years experience performing Quality efforts.
If no degree, 10 years of applicable experience is the minimum required for the position.
Position requires a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. Demonstrated project management experience is required and PMP certification is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
