Responsibilities:
Position requires staffing and all operational aspects of managing a geographically dispersed team of personnel (CONUS/OCONUS) supporting the USMC Consolidated Storage Program (CSP). Must be proficient with program planning, analysis and timely preparation of plans, Standard Operating Procedures and contract deliverables all while meeting all cost, schedule and performance goals. Candidate will interface with the USMC CSP Program Management Office on a regular basis and have full decision authority to execute the contract. Will oversee support of the CSP contract team, manage all sub-contractor relationships and performance along with identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Resolve cost, schedule and performance issues and assure timely and high quality submittal of program documentation. Must be able to effectively implement lessons learned.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Requires a minimum of 10 years supervisory experience; if no degree, 20 years of applicable experience is the minimum required for the position.
Experience managing large dispersed teams is critical and USMC Inventory/Supply experience is desired.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
