In my current position I am a customer relation manager with Microf. I assist dealers and customers with product and services. Before Microf, I worked as a retail sales consultant in the store and call center atmosphere where I have been employed since 2012. As part of my duties in this position I make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, accessories, upgrades and rate plans. I am a hard worker who puts forth the necessary effort to complete any assignment and go beyond the call of duty. I can be counted on to lend a helping hand and to complete any task with professionalism. I am open to acquiring additional skills and training to assist your company in meeting its production needs. Considering these qualities, coupled with my commitment to excellence, I feel I am a likely candidate for your review.
